In the current resource-restricted environment for international development, it is crucial to adopt systems change or catalytic approaches to address historical injustices at scale. However, organizations often lack the internal capacity for planning, evaluation, and learning needed for adaptive management and implementing systems change approaches effectively. This poster presentation will delve into the role of organizational learning, results reporting and other evaluative processes to catalyze and institutionalize systems change. The session will explore how diverse tools for learning, adaptive management and accountability can help organizations institutionalize strategies to change systems, ensuring sustainable and impactful outcomes while addressing inequities. The poster will share examples of methodologies for strategic learning, accountability, and testing assumptions. Additionally, we will demonstrate strategies for organizational learning through evidence, focused on continuous improvement and adaptive management. Further, the poster will feature the use of theories of change, scorecards, and evaluation processes of systems change.
