232: Outcome Harvesting as an Effective Systems Change Tool to Evaluate Complex Environmental Projects

The World Resources Institute, an international environmental NGO, recently commissioned two Outcome Harvesting evaluations for two very different projects in their portfolio. In doing so, they were trying to understand how change occurs in environmental projects that work in systems with very many moving parts. These projects took place in Rwanda, China and Indonesia and tackled problems such as food systems and creating innovation for climate change in commercial sectors.
