Drawing on an example from the Public Health field, this poster shows how to integrate evaluation and program design to improve program outcomes and create better evaluations. This poster illustrates the steps and considerations in taking an evaluator’s approach to programming using the example of a Mental Wellness program created for the public health workforce within a local health department. This example emphasizes engaging stakeholders at several points in the process through formal and informal methods as a method of shared leadership and co-creation.
