Clinical and Translational Science Awards (CTSA) build infrastructure to better translate laboratory, clinical, and community observations into interventions that improve public health, via diverse strategies including workforce development, community engagement, pilot funding, and informatics. The 2025 CTSA Evaluator Survey identified shared tools—logic models, frameworks, and metrics—as critical for consistent measurement and communication of CTSA impact. In response, this project developed a flexible CTSA impact evaluation framework. Over six months, two CTSA evaluation teams collaborated to design this framework, leveraging existing CTSA structures, prior cross-CTSA concept mapping work, and established evaluation models. By fostering collaboration and producing adaptable, shareable tools, this work aims to enhance efficiency across the CTSA evaluation community while informing broader evaluation practices. This presentation will describe the resulting logic models, including how CTSA activities align with relevant theories, key outcome and impact measures, and practical applications for evaluation.
