Teams developing innovations benefit from expert support, with high-quality, refined assistance at each stage of their journey. A learning agenda helps guide this support, building collective understanding and aligning it with evolving needs. This evidence-based approach enables evaluators to offer tailored support, refining it as innovations progress. The RYSE Innovation Hub follows a learning agenda to support youth-centered innovation development teams (IDTs) in adolescent sexual health. The agenda focuses on equity, elevating youth voice, and building innovator capacity. By refining support at each stage, we aim to develop impactful, youth-driven, and sustainable innovations, enhancing understanding of successful innovation development. This Ignite session will discuss the importance of a learning agenda to explore innovation support; review our Concept to Scale (C2S) pipeline; describe the four steps of our support process; and provide examples of learning questions, learning activities, data sources, final products, and lessons learned.
