Visualizing your impact: reimagining logic models and theories of change

Have you ever looked at a logic model or theory of change and rolled your eyes? We have an alternative for you - the impact poster. An impact poster is a visually appealing alternative to a logic model or theory of change that communicates the outcomes and effects of a project, program, or initiative. It also highlights the needs of the population, what programs do to address those needs, and measurable results in an engaging and accessible format. Practitioners love impact posters. They are inspiring, actionable, and useful for telling the story of the program. In this workshop, we use human-centered design to teach audience members how to build and facilitate the building of a compelling impact poster.
