The next generation of evaluation leaders represents a pivotal force for transformative change in the field of evaluation. This Birds of a Feather is specifically for young and emerging evaluators aged 35 or younger, current students, and professionals with less than 10 years of experience. Through inclusive dialogue, participants will explore critical questions about their identity, unique perspectives, professional successes, and challenges within the evaluation landscape. This conversation aims to create a brave space where emerging leaders can collectively reflect on their roles, articulate their vision for the field, and support each other through their challenges.
