Today's shifting global landscape calls for changing mindsets and systems to transform how development assistance is delivered. Many international NGOs are centering local leadership while playing a supportive yet catalytic role in achieving sustainable change and impact. This sectoral transformation in how global organizations work calls for evaluators to follow suit by simultaneously transforming what and how we measure and how we learn. Members of a growing catalytic community of practice have identified five measurement principles for catalytic change and impact and curated a group of case studies to guide practitioners in this changing environment.
