Harvesting Innovation: AI, Participation, and Visualizations in Outcome Harvesting
Thursday, November 13, 2025
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM CST
This session explores how practitioners are innovating with Outcome Harvesting (OH) to meet evolving evaluation needs in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts. Presenters will share field-based adaptations, including an AI-assisted OH process used to evaluate advocacy and behaviour change in a sanitation and hygiene program in Uganda (Water For People), and the use of visualizations to make complex OH results more accessible in capacity-strengthening initiatives in Ghana and across Asia and Africa. The session will highlight practical tools and facilitation strategies to enhance OH’s efficiency, participation, and scalability. Attendees will gain insights into integrating technology, storytelling, and systems thinking to improve outcome analysis and stakeholder engagement. Following the presentations, a facilitated discussion will explore how OH can continue to evolve. Click to fill survey.
