In particular, how people are meaningfully involved in decision-making and how leadership is shared play essential roles in shaping results.Evaluations of institutional effectiveness offer valuable insights into how organizations engage internally — with staff, teams, and leadership — and externally — with partners, communities, and the people they serve. Recent evaluations at UNICEF highlight clear connections between internal and external engagement, suggesting that the ways an organization listens, communicates, and shares power internally directly influence its external relationships and effectiveness.This interactive Think Tank invites participants into a reflective exploration of meaningful engagement and shared leadership as key drivers of organizational performance.
