New frontiers for evaluation policy: Collaborating on approaches to preserve and expand evaluation practice

Join members of AEA's Evaluation Policy Task Force (EPTF) for an interactive session on the evolution and future direction of evaluation policy in the United States. This panel discussion will inform participants about key evaluation policy developments across the public sector and discuss the latest update to AEA’s “Evaluation Roadmap for a More Effective Government.” Evaluation policy includes formal statements about the guiding principles related to a funder and evaluator’s expectation and commitment of integrity to a given evaluation. Evaluation policy also refers to the community of evaluation practice and the evolving learning that cascades from the implementation of the formal evaluation policies.
