Senior Evaluator
Apex Evaluation
My vision is to evolve evaluation toward belonging ā creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and able to bring their whole selves to the work. I ground my practice in participatory approaches that center community expertise and shift power to those most directly impacted. Iām especially drawn to systems thinking and systems mapping as tools to surface patterns, hold complexity, and turn data into meaningful action. As an immigrant woman raised in Prague and the first in my family to graduate from college, I reflect often on how my identities ā including my privileges ā shape the way I show up in this work. I approach evaluation as a lifelong learner, committed to curiosity, humility, and repair. My goal is to build practices that reflect not only what we do, but how we choose to be in relationship with one another.
