Danelle is a strategic leader, systems thinker, and program evaluator with more than 20 years of experience in building and managing effective equitable evaluations to improve the health and well-being of communities. She has extensive experience in facilitation, consensus building, developmental evaluations, co-creating implementation plans, and reporting for improvement and data-driven decisions. She is an adjunct instructor at Simmons University and serves on the Advisory Board of the West Virginia University Department of Sociology & Anthropology. Danelle is an active leader in the Greater Boston Evaluation Network, co-leading the Equitable Evaluation Discussion Group and interim chair of the DEI Committee.
