Xuejin (Kim) Lu holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Western Michigan University. She currently serves as an Evaluation Officer at the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, Florida. She has been an internal evaluator for this organization since 2006. In this role, she contributes to system and program evaluation from design and implementation to reporting. She has expertise and experience in the fields of evaluation and quality child care.
Mwila Mvula holds a Master’s degree in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research. He currently serves as an Evaluator at the Children’s Services Council, a position he has held since 2023. In this role, Mwila contributes to program assessment, data analysis, and outcome measurement, ensuring that initiatives effectively address the needs of children and families in the community.
