Farzana Sultana, Ph.D., is a Statistical Analyst at the Learning Tree Institute at Greenbush with decades of experience in program evaluation, applied research, and data-informed project development. With expertise in various statistical methods and tools—including SPSS, SAS, and R—she transforms complex data into actionable insights that guide evidence-based prevention strategies. Her recent work has focused on addressing disparities in youth mental health and substance use, particularly among sexual and gender minority populations, while promoting inclusive data practices in statewide surveys. Dr. Ryan Vaughn is a Project Manager and Leadership Coach at Greenbush, where he leads county- and state-level program evaluations focused on data collection, analysis, and system change. His recent work includes coordinating evaluation frameworks, designing data flows, and co-facilitating statewide initiatives such as planning a new state hospital. With over 20 years of experience in education and leadership, Ryan has directed large-scale special education and mental health partnerships, integrating evidence-based practices across more than 100 school districts. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Baker University and advanced team and leadership coaching certifications.
