Bianca Montrosse-Moorhead, Ph.D.

Bianca Montrosse-Moorhead is a Professor at the University of Connecticut, where she also directs UConn PEER, an evaluation practice and research lab. Her scholarship advances evaluation methodology, theory, and practice. To date, she has secured over $15.5 million in grants and contracts for research and evaluation projects. Dr. Montrosse-Moorhead co-edits New Directions for Evaluation, an official AEA journal.
