With a Ph.D. and MPH, and over 15 years of experience spanning program planning, implementation, evaluation, and research, Radhika brings extensive expertise to her role as Director of Data Analytics at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. She leads data analyses for various evaluation projects and secondary data analysis, ensuring stringent quality assurance. Furthermore, she spearheads the development of clear, visually engaging data visualizations, dashboards, and impact reports, effectively communicating findings to broad audiences and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Radhika provides actionable insights to inform strategy and program recommendations, working closely with leadership to achieve organizational goals through data driven decisions.
Dr. Heather Mavronicolas, PhD, MPH, Vice President, Impact Measurement
Dr. Heather Mavronicolas serves as the Vice President of Impact Measurement at AFSP, where she leads the evaluation of AFSP’s programs and initiatives. Dr. Mavronicolas offers strategic counsel in data analytics, impact-driven communications, and ongoing continuous improvement for the Bechtel grant initiative. Dr. Mavronicolas is a seasoned evaluator and public health practitioner with over 17 years of experience working with non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, and academic institutions to implement and evaluate public health programs and initiatives. Prior to AFSP she served as the Senior Executive Director of Health Program Development and Evaluation with the Office of the Medical Director for the City of New York Department of Homeless Services, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system for medical and behavioral health services.
