Joshua Amponsah is a seasoned expert in project management, monitoring, and evaluation with over twelve years of experience across private and public sectors. He has led impactful initiatives in governance, education, health, and international development, contributing to organizations such as YALI-USAID, IREX, and various government institutions. Joshua holds an MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation from Stellenbosch University, an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School, and a BA in Information Management from the University of Ghana. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Evaluation, Measurement, and Research at Western Michigan University, he focuses on evaluation methodologies, research design, and statistical analysis. His expertise includes program and policy evaluation, performance management, RBMS, theories of change, and logic models. He has provided strategic support to institutions like the FDA-Ghana, Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, and the Development Bank Ghana, with a strong commitment to evidence-based decision-making and policy influence.
