155: Empowering Evaluation Through Data Structuring and Visualization: Tools for Shared Leadership and Community Impact
Wednesday, November 12, 2025
5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
CST
This poster presentation will showcase practical data structuring and visualization approaches that promote shared leadership in evaluation. By organizing data in transparent way, evaluators can empower all stakeholders not just technical experts. The presentation highlights data analysis methods—such as data coding schemes (e.g., DataMyne©) and Conceptual Structural Equation Modeling (C-SEM)—alongside visualization tools like knowledge graphs, project progression bar graphs, and interactive dashboards to demonstrate how evaluators can make data accessible, interpretable, and actionable for communities and stakeholders. Through case-based examples, we will demonstrate how visual and structured data can guide collective interpretation and collaborative decision-making. Attendees will gain insights into how comprehensive data systems and visuals foster engagement, ethical data use, and shared accountability. This poster invites dialogue around how evaluators can act as facilitators—rather than sole owners—of knowledge, enabling communities to co-create understanding and drive change.
