Siphelele Ziyanda Qwabe is a South African scholar and emerging evaluator currently pursuing an M.S./Ph.D. in Educational Research Methodology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She works as a Graduate Research Assistant with OAERS, contributing to projects such as North Carolina Healthy Transitions and Project Ignite. A Fulbright alumna and former Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (Zulu Language FLTA) at Bennett College, Siphelele holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors in Linguistics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Her research focuses on culturally responsive and trauma-informed evaluation practices that elevate community voices and promote inclusive, human-centered approaches to research and education.
