Eunice Oduro, M.Sc., is a Ph.D. student in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, specializing in Program Evaluation. She serves as a Graduate Research Assistant with the Office of Assessment, Evaluation, and Research Services (OAERS), where she supports evaluation efforts for the AI-ALOE, ECEP, and ADVANCE projects within the STEM Program Evaluation Lab. With over a decade of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation, including prior work with CARE International in Ghana, Eunice brings extensive expertise in data collection, analysis, and impact assessment for educational and sustainable development programs. Her research interests center on program evaluation, sustainable livelihoods, and the integration of technology in evaluation. She is an active member of the American Evaluation Association, the American Educational Research Association, and the African Evaluation Association.
