Senior Director, Research and Evaluation
Third Plateau
Madeline LoBosco (she/her) is a Senior Director on the Research and Evaluation Team at Third Plateau. She leads research efforts across planning and evaluation projects across the social impact sector. She conducts mixed methods research, deepening an understanding of client needs, opportunities, and impact to inform expansive thinking and strategic decision-making. Highlights from Madeline’s work include leading a multi-year evaluation project for a workers’ rights organization, supporting the organization’s efforts to build up and iterate their evaluation practice as well an evaluation at the intersection of pro-democracy and faith spaces, examining community-level change. Madeline is passionate about research driving social impact, especially when it centers participatory practices. Prior to Third Plateau, she analyzed and clearly communicated complex data in the public sector with more than seven years of experience in analytical and program management roles at the U.S. Department of Justice. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Trinity University, where she also studied Spanish and Economics. She currently lives in the Kansas City area.
