I am Fred J. Pasquarella, MA, Director of Research and Evaluation at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, a leading nonprofit provider of mental health, substance use, and suicide prevention services in Southern California. With over a decade of experience in community mental health, I specialize in program evaluation, implementation science, and health informatics. At Didi Hirsch, I lead research and analytics initiatives that inform data-driven decisions, enhance service delivery, and promote workforce engagement.
