Tania Jarosewich, Ph.D., PMP, is an experienced evaluator and project manager with more than 20 years leading large-scale national and international studies in education, STEM engagement, workforce development, and human services. Her areas of expertise include literacy, STEM, gifted and advanced placement, capacity building, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness. She specializes in mixed-methods evaluation, culturally responsive approaches, and utilization-focused reporting that helps organizations make evidence-based decisions and improve outcomes.
Dr. Jarosewich earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Kent State University and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at Duke University. She began her career as a school psychologist with the Cleveland Municipal School District and later served as Associate Director at the Indiana Center for Evaluation and Senior Evaluator at Guardians of Honor. For over two decades, she has been CEO and Lead Evaluator of Censeo Group, directing evaluation teams for federal agencies, state education departments, and nonprofit organizations.
Her work includes multi-year projects for NASA’s Office of STEM Engagement, providing actionable insights to strengthen national STEM education initiatives and broaden participation in STEM pathways. She is co-author of the *Gifted Rating Scales–Revised* (MHS). Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Dr. Jarosewich emphasizes collaborative leadership, stakeholder engagement, and building evaluation capacity to advance rigorous, inclusive, and meaningful practice.
